Display Count Up Time / Elapsed Time

I would like to see a 'Count up time' displayed in addition to the current countdown timer. This would be very useful for recording escape times on a physical scoreboard. For example, if a team escapes with 7 minutes remaining on a 60-minute timer, I would like to see '53' displayed as the elapsed time, which can then be easily transferred to a scoreboard for photos.
